Jingwan Dai

Jingwan Dai is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Chinese Legal Culture, University of Cologne, and also serves as a Research Associate in China´s Foreign-Related Rule of Law Project. Her doctoral research focuses on Chinese courts´ treaty interpretation practices and their implications for the development of international law. She holds an LL.B. from Lanzhou University and an LL.M. in International Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She passed the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Examination. She has previously interned in the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO), and Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm.
