YU Lu

Lu Yu is a research assistant at the chair of Chinese Legal Culture. She is a PhD student at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen since October 2017. Her research is focused on European and Chinese data protection law.

Curriculum Vitae

Lu Yu studied Germanistik at Sun Yat-sen University from 2009-2013 in Canton, China. She then received her master degree in law at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and Nanjing University respectively in 2016 and 2017. After several internships in German law firms and company groups, she became a legal counsel in Rödl & Partner in its Guangzhou office from 2017 to 2018. She is currently enrolled in Georg-August-Universität Göttingen as a PhD candidate.
