Cui Xu

 

Cui XU is Research Associate at the chair of Chinese Legal Culture. She passed the national judicial examination of the People's Republic of China with distinction in 2012. Before she started her studies at University of Cologne in 2015, she worked as an in-house lawyer in Shanghai.

 

Curriculum Vitae 

In 2017, Cui XU obtained her Master’s Degree (LL.M.) with high distinction (summa cum laude) from the University of Cologne, with focus in German Civil Law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with focus on Chinese Civil and Commercial Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) in 2013. She also studied Legal English at ECUPL, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Law (B.A.).
