Exchange with Chinese Law Schools

 

Apart from the numerous general exchange programs that exist between the University of Cologne, the different faculties, the Institute for East Asian Studies and Chinese Universities, there are a number of cooperations between the department of Chinese Legal Culture and Chinese Law Schools in particular:

Master students who write their master thesis on Chinese Legal Culture are invited to study for one or two semesters at the following universities:

• Shanghai Jiaotong University (上海交通大学)
• Fudan University, Shanghai (复旦大学)
• China University of Political Science and Law (中国政法大学)
• Nanjing University (南京大学)
• Zhongnan University of Economics of Law (中南财经政法大学)

Applications have to be submitted by 1 April for the following winter term and 1 November for the summer term. Please refer to Dr. Yang at the office of Chinese Legal Culture: chineselegalculture(at)uni-koeln.de
