Dr. Shaoyu Liu (Non-Resident Fellow)

 

Liu Shaoyu is a Researcher of Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University. He has the qualification of supervising masters and doctors. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from East China University of Political Science and Law, a master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law, a master's degree in law from the University of Hamburg, Germany, a doctorate in law jointly trained by China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Munich, and a postdoctoral fellow in law from the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His field interest include administrative law and digital law.
