Fan Yang
Fan Yang is Research Associate and PhD student. Her research focuses on the development of Chinese smart courts, particularly on the interaction between smart courts, judicial reform, and state governance. She holds her bachelor’s degree in law, and a master’s degree in human rights law, with a specialized focus on anti-discrimination law and gender equality, from China University of Political Science and Law. She also studied law at Lund University in Sweden.
