Hannah Klöber
Hannah Klöber is a Research Associate at the Chair of Chinese Legal Culture as part of a research project on Socialist Core Values in China and has previously worked at our chair in projects on China's Social Credit Systems and on Smart Courts. She currently pursues a PhD on the topic of the proportionality principle in Chinese administrative law, in which she focuses on the analysis and contextualization of court judgements. Both her BA and MA she received in Regional Studies (China) from the University of Cologne, where she also did undergrade studies at the Faculty of Law. She interned at the Cologne City Administration and at the law firm Kanzlei Loscheder.
